1. Membership

    You might need to purchase 3 Meter PU Vinyl (any color) or 2 kg of Rubber Ink in order to be a member.

    2. BACKORDERS

    For item that are stated that can be backordered, estimated waiting time is 3-7 days.

    For items that are unable to be backordered, you’ll have to wait for incoming stock. Contact our sales team for further assistance.

    Yes, please contact our sales representative for the payment arrangement.

    3. RETURN POLICY & WARRANTY

    Please request for return or exchange by emailing us at [email protected] within 10 days from the day order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:

    Reason for return or exchange (so that we can improve!):

    3 days return
    If we are sending a defective product, wrong size or colour we accept returns of packages within 3 days of the receiving of order.

    However, this does not apply to the sale or clearance items in which we already mentioned no refund nor return will not be entitled for this.

    4. GOODS COLLECTION, HOLDING & SHIPPING

    For self-collection, you can come and pick it up at our shop at:

    READY STOCK ITEM BUT PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN MADE
    – You can make payment when collecting your item,
    – If you have made a deposit payment, we will hold your item 3-5 day
    – However if no payment has been made we only hold the items as booking within 3 days. More than 3 days, we consider your order is cancelled.

    READY STOCK ITEM & I HAVE MADE PAYMENT?
    We can only hold your item for 1 week.

    BACKORDERS ITEM
    We will collect deposit or full payment for the backorders items.

    If you choose not to self-collect your order, we can ship it out for you. Refer here for our shipping details.

    When stock is available – we process within 24 hours and ship within 48 hours. When stock is not available – you shouldn’t be able to add to cart! And we will contact you on the shipment date.

    5. PAYMENT

    We accept payment made via cash, online banking, and e-wallet.

    DIRECT BANK TRANSFER
    After confirmation of order, and you wish to make payment directly, you can bank in to the following account:

    Please email your payment slip to [email protected] and allow 1 working day for accounts to check.

    PICK N PAY
    Order first, collect and pay over the counter using cash, Boost or online banking.

    6. SHIPPING

    Within Malaysia – We usually use Pos Laju or J&T to ship out orders. Please state which courier you prefer when placing your order.

    Once the item has been ship out, we will update you on its tracking number.

    Within Sabah – If you don’t want the item to be posted via mail, we can send the item via bus or taxi. Unsure whether your area is deliverable? Contact us for further assistance.

    Labuan – If you don’t want the item to be posted via mail, we can deliver the item via Ferry.

    Via mail
    Estimated delivery time to East Malaysia is 2 – 3 working days.
    Estimated delivery time to West Malaysia is 3 – 5 working days.

    Via bus, taxi, ferry
    Estimated delivery time 1 -2 working days. We will also take into consideration the time you had place your order and your delivery area.
